![]() We have a lovely stats screen and turret selection screen as well. Our new ship builder is done!!A quick look at it here.īasically you can build any ship out of four different parts. Like us on our Facebook page if you want to get more frequent updates!Īnd of course, Greenlight Page, if you like what you saw.Īnd finally, very important! We launched a Kickstarter, not for the game, but for an artbook that show our work, from concept to final art. We are finally ready to show it! It's cool with a nice action sequence.įor those who have not seen the opening sequence. We did a comics that shows the events leading up to the game's opening sequence. We have lots of new things! Screenies this week as follows Playtesting sessions may be painful to sit through sometimes, but they always proved to be super helpful. We improved the gameplay quite a bit since. We have done several rounds of playtesting in the past 3 weeks. Get your artillery and sniper allies to help you in times of need. Play through lavishly drawn environments, fight tonnes of enemies and epic boss fights. just, take a week to clean 'em first.ĭUSTY Revenge is a 2D beat'em up with unique support character mechanics. NEXT WEEK: I want to see your BATTLESTATIONS. just go outside, watch a movie or something. Post tweets that contain a link to your image and the hashtag #Screenshotsaturday so the bots from various sites can find them and give you free eyeballs.ġ14 - Hey girl, if you ever throw an exception, I'll be there to catch itġ15 - Instantiate (cleverPunHere, )īonus Question: What's YOUR favourite project that someone else is running? What are you looking forward to?īonus Task: Relax. Projects without a name will have one suggested by yours trulyĬheck out this thread by Koooba for a GIF if you care for it - though this is not mandatory, etc Remember to Bold the name of your game so we know what you're talking about Please post images (and videos, but at least one image as well!) of your projects. Furthermore, our study demonstrates the utility of the numerous published time–activity budget studies that are available as a valuable source of data that can be used to answer broad-scale questions regarding animal behaviour. Each week, we gather around a virtual campfire to trade stories and show images of how we've done on our games. Our findings highlight the high levels of variation in the time devoted to aggression across species, feeding groups, latitudes and seasons. We found no evidence that the time spent on aggressive behaviours varied across latitudes or body mass, with seasonal timing, sexual dimorphism, migration or breeding strategies, or between different functional feeding groups. ![]() ![]() More time was spent on aggression by males than females, and by adults than juveniles. A comparison of linear mixed-effects models using an information theoretic approach indicated that the proportion of time waterbirds spent engaged in aggressive interactions was best explained by the age class and sex of the focal waterbird species. We predicted that the time spent on aggression would be influenced by four factors: (1) age class, (2) sex, (3) seasonal timing and (4) functional feeding group. We used our data set to test four predictions regarding avian aggression, based on the findings of earlier site-based studies. The mean ± SD percentage of time devoted to aggression was 2.0 ± 3.6%, with a range of 0.0–35.0%. We conducted a global meta-analysis of published time–activity budgets, using a data set comprising 555 values from 88 studies, to determine variation in the time that waterbirds engaged in aggressive interactions. Yet despite the importance of aggressive interactions in determining social dominance and conferring fitness benefits to successful individuals, we lack a general understanding of the conditions that influence the variation in agonistic behaviours among individuals and species. Aggressive behavioural interactions between animals are widespread in nature, with ecological and evolutionary consequences of such interactions reported for both individuals giving and receiving aggression.
