Theory began to climb the ladder, but Omos grabbed his throat with both hands and slammed him. Riddle threw Omos into a Sleeper, but he quickly escaped. Omos, at long last, emerged from the rubble of ladders and again cleared out the ring. In one of the best spots of the match, Riddle then performed a Floating Bro off the top of ladder, taking out Sheamus, Rollins, Moss and McIntyre. He attempted a Brogue Kick, but Riddle avoided it and hit the Hangman DDT off the ladder - rather than the ropes - in an ode to his tag team partner, Randy Orton. Sheamus delivered White Noise on McIntyre, then connected on the Irish Curse Backbreaker on Riddle. Moss pulled Theory off the ladder and hit a Fallaway Slam before he Powerbombed Zayn onto a ladder. After losing the United States championship earlier in the night, Theory captured the Money in the Bank briefcase. Sheamus set up a second ladder next to them, before he tipped the pair over. While they were preoccupied with Omos, Rollins and Sami fought on top of the ladder inside the ring. ![]() Finally, they all teamed up to bury Omos in a pile of about 10 ladders. Sheamus and Riddle joined and attacked Omos with ladders. ![]() They knocked Omos outside the ring with a Double Clothesline. Omos then Chokeslammed Theory and began the climb up the ladder before he was stopped by McIntyre and Moss. Riddle and Madcap fought at the top of the ladder under the briefcase before Omos interjected and Powerslammed Riddle. Madcap responded with a stiff Irish Whip of Zayn onto the ladder before Riddle jumped into the fray. Sami Zayn then asserted himself, using a drop-toe hold on Madcap Moss onto the ladder. Rollins attempted a Pedigree on Riddle, but Riddle flipped Rollins onto a ladder, then connected with a Senton. Seth Rollins then took out both Sheamus and McIntyre with the ladder before he launched it at them. They combined for 15 (not 10) Beats of the Bodhran. In a comedic moment, they finally noticed and double-teamed Theory. Sheamus and McIntyre then traded punches while Theory snuck up the ladder. The fighter from Scotland was the first man to climb the ladder, but his progress was thwarted by Sheamus, who threw him off the ladder and outside the ropes. After an extended string of dominance, Drew McIntyre hit the Claymore on Omos, pushing him out of the ring. ![]() He cleaned house, using a ladder as a weapon. The match kicked off with Omos, standing 7-foot-3, imposing his superior size and strength on the competition. Vince McMahon's protégé battled Riddle at the top of the ladder, eventually knocking him to the mat to secure the victory and guarantee himself a future WWE championship opportunity. Theory lost his United States Championship to Bobby Lashley earlier in the night but left Money in the Bank with something far more valuable.Ī surprise last-second eighth addition to the Men's Money in the Bank match, Theory capitalized by capturing the briefcase - and a celebratory selfie - in yet another signal he's earmarked for stardom.
